1. Agreement to Terms

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

5. Termination

We value our partnership with you. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all menus, photos, and data you upload to FoodFlow ("User Content"). You grant us a license to host and display this content solely to provide the Service.

Our IP: The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FoodFlow and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any material changes taking effect. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
